About Discovery Mood North Palm Beach
We support adolescents between the ages of 11 and 17 (in-person PHP and IOP) and adults age 18 and older (in-person adult PHP and IOP; virtual IOP) of all genders who are struggling with various mental health concerns.
Private Location
Here, patients benefit from one-on-one therapeutic support as well as group sessions in a compassionate environment of peers; they can safely practice new skills that are transferable to home. Additionally, all patients in PHP receive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up appointments weekly.
Clinical Excellence
The treatment program is designed to assist patients in developing insight into their mental health issues and support them and their families in developing new, healthy patterns of thinking to apply to the home, educational and social settings. The program promotes emotional regulation and awareness by utilizing therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psycho-dynamic and behavioral modification, along with experiential therapy through art or yoga.
