About Turning Tides
The intimate environment at Turning Tides provides a peaceful and safe place for one to restore their eating patterns and heal and find lasting eating disorder recovery. We proudly serve all genders and various types of common eating disorders in both adolescents (12-17) and adults (18+). Through our partial hospitalization program (PHP), intensive outpatient program (IOP), and outpatient programming (OP), we honor all medical conditions and bodies with individually designed nutrition plans.
